Descripción
The 8 bedroom Villa Sant’Angelo is immersed in the enchanting Tuscany hills. It’s an old country manor which once belonged to the noble family of Conti Ghezzi who loved to spend their holidays here.
Recently restored it has managed to maintain its original charm thanks to the rare finishings: antique wooden beams, terracotta tiles, stone fireplaces in the large rooms, choice of colours and the very large illuminated environment.
The furniture has been carefully chosen, both functional and comfortable, but distinguishable with the elegant Tuscany classical style furniture which can be found in most homes today.

Poppi with all kind of shops at 3 km, Soci at 3 km, Bibbiena at 5 km.

At guests disposal:
The villa is completely enclosed by a fence and has an independent entrance and enjoys complete privacy. A large garden surrounds the house and here there is a private swimming pool (16m x 8m depth 1.5 mt).
From here, following a footpath, you can reach a lake, tennis court, and also other trekking footpaths within the densely thick woods.
Our guests are free to explore the farm and have free access to the large biological vegetable garden which has been cultivated using old traditional methods.

A wellness center is available near the property (600 m from the villa, reachable on foot) and it is to share with the guests of Podere Sant’angelo and B&B Sant’angelo:
Sauna: the heat purifies your body and frees your mind.
Vitality Pool: the massage in hot regenerated and relaxes the body and soul, experiencing deep sensations of true well being.
Heated Swimming pool (8m x 4m) with naturally cleaned sea marine water.
Emotional chrome shower: perfume, water, colour for a one and only experience.
Relax room: the suggestive view of the Tuscan countryside and the taste of the relaxing tisane tea is the best conclusion to a route for a feeling of regeneration which will never cease to amaze you.
The farm is situated next to a large dense wood, and here there is a natural footpath which permits guests to reach the tennis court and lake.
Guests are free to explore the farm and go on long walks around the lake. They are free to use the tennis courts and have access to the biological vegetable garden which is cared for using old local farming traditions and methods.

Independent stone farmhouse situated in a small village on the Casentino National Preserve, a beautiful green area approx. 50 km from Florence away. This property is quietly situated and offer nice panoramic views over the surrounding valleys and woods. The villa provides a nice terraced garden with the swimming-pool and welcoming interiors furnished in a rustic style.
This villa is on a hill slope and is sets on 3 levels which are internally connected and have direct access onto the outside.
The Casentino National Preserve with its 600 kilometers of paths surrounds this property and offers an ideal destination for nature lovers. The beautiful Acquacheta waterfalls (mentioned by Dante Alighieri in his “Divina Commedia”) are only a short distance away.
Distances: the village of Pratovecchio with general stores is 6 km away, Arezzo 45 km, Florence 55 km away.

Beautiful farmhouse situated in the country-side area surrounding the nice town of Arezzo (18 km away). This villa has been completely restored and turned into a welcoming accommodation allowing up to 23 guests. This property offers a main villa and 2 restored former barns, all of which turned into separate units providing max. privacy (all of the units are rentable only together as private villa). A large common room with kitchen corner situated on the main villa ground floor is available for guests to have their meals together. The interiors are nicely furnished in a rustic style. Outside guests can enjoy use of a fenced-in garden, private pool with solarium and of a nice barbecue area with a large furnished gazebo, tables and chairs.
Distances: Subbiano with general stores 5 km away, Arezzo with railway station (daily connections to Rome and Florence) 18 km away, Poppi 20 km, the charming medieval town of Cortona 50 km away, Siena 90 km, Florence 95 km away, Perugia 100 km.
At guests’ disposal: large 8000-square-meter fenced-in garden, private swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – min. depth 1 m – max. depth 1,6 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) with Jacuzzi area, open-air shower (cold and warm water) by the pool, toilet, laundry, swing, nice barbecue area with a large furnished gazebo ideal for al-fresco dining.
