This is a comfortable, spacious villa and we had a good week there. I would recommend it more strongly in the summer when it would be possible to enjoy the many outdoor areas to sit - at the end of October it was cold until we arranged for the heating to be switched on and heating is expensive. There is also no washing machine and the kitchen is small. You have to collect the key from Viareggio.
